We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit to us. It is your responsibility to ship your items with tracking, and if applicable insurance, in order to protect them during transit.
Should your package be lost or stolen during the transit process, please contact the shipping service provider. We have no way of proving that a package was sent to us, and therefore cannot provide any solution to lost or stolen packages during transit.
If your package was proven to be received by us (through tracking or signature), we may be able to cover the loss if the shipment was lost or stolen in our possession.
