What is a Purchase Offer?

Once your order has been processed, we will send a Purchase Offer to your email that will provide the refund that we are offering for your stamps.

You will then have the option of Accepting or Declining your Purchase Offer.

If you decline your Purchase Offer, we will send your stamps back to you. An invoice for the return shipping will be sent to you. Once paid, we will return your stamps.

If your stamps do not qualify for a Purchase Offer (if they are too damaged or are not the types of stamps we purchase) we can send them back to you. An invoice for the return shipping fees will be sent to you.

You must ACCEPT the Purchase Offer by replying to the email once received in order for your refund to be released.
