1. Print our Packing Slip and include it in your shipment.
Fill out all information on the Packing Slip and sign. All orders must have a signed packing slip to be processed. If you do not send one with your order, we will contact you to send one, and it will delay your payment.

2. Securely package your stamps to protect them from folding, moisture, and water damage.
We are not responsible for any damage to your postage during transit. Please be sure to secure your stamps to protect them from shifting, folding, bending, and moisture.

We strongly suggest shipping your stamps to us with a service that provides a tracking number so that you can confirm we received your stamps. Once we receive your stamps, we will issue your payment within 1 business day from accepting our purchase offer!
